By downloading, installing, or using MANABIA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

MANABIA is a personalized learning application that creates customized educational content based on your goals and preferences. The service includes:

  • AI-generated personalized learning paths
  • Structured daily lessons
  • Progress tracking features
  • Optional focus mode functionality

3. User Accounts

To use MANABIA, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payment

MANABIA offers subscription-based access with the following terms:

  • Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access.
  • Subscription: After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription.
  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time through your App Store settings. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • Refunds: Refund requests should be directed to Apple as per their policies.

5. User Responsibilities

When using MANABIA, you agree to:

  • Use the service only for personal, non-commercial learning purposes
  • Not share, redistribute, or resell generated content
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Provide accurate information when creating your account

6. Intellectual Property

MANABIA and its content, features, and functionality are owned by MANABIA and are protected by intellectual property laws. Generated learning content is licensed to you for personal use only.

7. Content Disclaimer

Learning content is generated by AI and is intended for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy:

  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of generated content
  • Content should not replace professional advice in specialized fields (medical, legal, financial)
  • Users should verify critical information from authoritative sources

8. Limitation of Liability

MANABIA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when possible.

10. Termination
